Please provide some reference on SE and BSE imaging in SEM for magnetic contrast imaging of nanomaterials and how can we interpret this contrast ..........?
I only say that it is very complicated issue and as in the publication is said: "Backscattered coefficient differes on different orientatiton of B in tenths of percent." So it is very challenging and in the most of the cases I would say impossible to image.
You can read about this in Reimer's Scanning Electron Microscopy (Physics of Image Formation and Microanalysis) in the chapter Imaging with Secondary and Backscattered Electrons - Imaging and Measurement of Magnetic Fields.
thanks Rostislav Vana but could you please send me the article the one you have given as above as i am unable to download it...................................
