I am working on magnetic nanostructures and their magnetic structure. Please suggest some good reference to analyze the magnetic domains and the good tools to analyze these images.
Also please tell which source is best for imaging halogen lamps or He Ne lasers

Depending on the size of your nanostructures you will have different options to perform magnetic domain imaging:
Optical microscopy:
- Magneto-Optical Kerr Effect microscopy (MOKE)
Probe microscopy:
- Magnetic Force Microscopy (MFM)
Electron microscopy:
- Scanning Electron Microscopy with Polarization Analyzer (SEMPA)
- Differential Phase Contrast
- Lorentz microscopy
- Off-axis Electron Holography
For sure you will find plenty literature for any of the techniques I mentioned. I hope you find these information useful.

Some of the techniques mentioned by Jesus Cantu above were heavily used to analyze flux pinning structures (domains) in high temperature superconductors. You can search in various ways, but the work I know of was by Wai Kwok and Ulrich Welp at Argonne nat. Lab. I believe they did mostly MOKE and used a powerful conventional filament lamp. Getting enough illumination was a hassle, if I remember correctly. A laser might be a better choice.

I have done some magnetic domain analysis using halogen lamp but i think laser is the good choice am i thinking correct?
Please give some refernce papers and links for domain analysis using good resolution microscope only because i found only domain analysis using Magnetic force microscopy....
The book "Magnetic Domains: The Analysis of Magnetic Microstructures" by A. Hubert and R. Schäfer is a great resource for magnetic domain analysis.
