I have done XRD of my ceramic pellet using Rigaku table top XRD with Cu k alpha beam. I have observed Peak splitting at higher diffraction angles but not observed at lower angles. Why?
Is this peak splitting shows some crystal phase related signature or is it something else? May be some Cu k alpha 1 or alpha 2.... How to confirm this???

It is most probably the effect of the Ka1 and Ka2 radiation. Rietveld programs usually allow for the refinements of diagrams with Ka1/Ka2. You should try it to confirm or exclude this possibility. It is the easiest thing to do.

Often spliting of xrd reflection peaks are because of temperature effect but some time it is clue for the peesence of phase.
If the refinement fits the solution it is single phase otherwise look for the other unwanted phase in the synthesized sample
Furthermore the CuKa1 and CuKa2 radiations may have the role in distinct peak display
What you see at the high angle is simply the KAlpha1/KAlpha2 doublet.
I did a PhaseID and a Pawley fit, from all what I can see this is pretty much a pure phase, see attachment
As already well explained it is the classical separation of the Ka1/ka2 doublet visible at high angle for well sintered materials
Your samples may be more crystalline and Kalpha 1 and kalpha2 splitting will be there at high angles.
