How can I convert OD (optical density ) to mean value (SEM)?

I am not able to interpret the results of my antioxidant assay.

It is a nitric oxide scavenging assay, these are my results. How can i conclude the results? If OD is in higher level, what does it denote?

I think you need a standard curve in order to interpret your data. Indeed, with only one control point, you cannot know if the nitric oxide scavenging is linearly coupled with OD or not.

You need at least 4 measurement of OD on products with known values of nitric oxide scavenging. Then you will be able to put your assay values on the curve and find out the right nitric oxide scavenging values.
