Hello,

I am working with FFPE tumor samples, and my Ct values are high (30) -

I had 47,2 ng/uL RNA and used 300 ng for cDNA synthesis.

I worked with Syber green and used 2 uL of cDNA in a final reaction of 10 uL.

As I used to work with cell lines and Ct values were around 19, I don't know if these high Ct values are acceptable since now I am working with FFPE samples.

Could someone help me?
