I wonder if anybody can provide me with erdetman method of acetolysis of pollen grains for scanning electron microscopy, and the effective method for preservation of floral parts as long as possible?
Thanks Abdullah Hasan
Information about Erdtman's acetolysis you can find https://www.medicinalplantsarchive.us/pollen-grains/step-by-step-acetolysis-procedure.html
