As you know that the sleeping is very important for healthy to anyone, we all day busy with work or study, so the body is needed to rest to be comfortable, do you know the best or optimal numbers of hours sleeping required for that.
Research I came across suggested, so shs hussainsha beware, that less than that, that is certainly around 4, indicates Alzheimer later in life. Both Churchill and Margaret Thatcher boasted that they only slept 4 hours a night, and both famously became victims of dementia.
The amount of sleep you need varies for each person and is affected by several factors. However, for most adults, 7–9 hours per night is the ideal amount.
Official recommendations for sleep duration are broken down by age group:
I need at least 7 hours of sleep so I wont be very dizzy the next day at work. It still varies depending on my health issues but my dad who is a neurologist recommends me to take more than 6 and less than 8 hours of sleep.
I agree with the views of colleagues...6-8 hours. Unfortunately, I fall short of this healthier sleeping hour range. God help us all researchers to make out time for ourselves! I sometimes take out two days in the month to make up for the sleeping arrears. It's just funny!
Usually the problem is the irregular timing, sometimes to complete some of the written work accumulates lack of sleep for a week full, and begin symptoms of fatigue, and compensation is not increased sleep hours on vacation
It differ from person to person but approximately 6-8 hours is mentioned everywhere. Timing of sleep is also important 11 PM to 5 AM is considered as good sleep timing.
hi. it depends on the psychological condition of people. normally, 6 to 8 is good but while under stress, some people suffer from insomnia whereas others prefer to sleep more than normal to cope with anxiety. some people can manipulate their sleeping patterns when they are willing to work more just like me. best
Can one possibly sleep for 6 straight hours? I've never had it that long. I can only get 3 straight hours of sleep, then take another 2 or three, and that's it. If it's a crime for sleeping less than 7 or 8, then a lot of researchers and medical professionals are in for trial.
While sleep requirements vary slightly from person to person, most healthy adults need between 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night to function at their best. Children and teens need even more. And despite the notion that our sleep needs decrease with age, most older people still need at least 7 hours of sleep.
Teenagers (14-17): Sleep range widened by one hour to 8-10 hours (previously it was 8.5-9.5) Younger adults (18-25): Sleep range is 7-9 hours (new age category) Adults (26-64): Sleep range did not change and remains 7-9 hours. Older adults (65+): Sleep range is 7-8 hours (new age category)
