Internal motivation is the best.

For me, the closest and best person I always tried to take as an example was my Father (he died 6 years ago at the age of 90)

My Dad was a famous scientist. And almost all the time he devoted to his Research work. But it was he who was the Soul of the family. Every weekend we went to the forest on a hiking trip; and every summer - for 40-50 days - in a water travels - canoeing through the Unknown Siberian rivers. I understood that it was this style of life that he needed. Of course, I could spend the entire summer vacation differently. For example, lying on the couch with a book. And dear Professor Obaid. realizes that living in a wonderful friendly family everyone is forced to make sacrifices. But already on the 4th-5th day of the trip every time I realized that Dad was right and no other kind of recreation with life in the taiga in 700-1000 km from the closest people - can not be compared with our travels. Following the style of life of my Dad, his code of behavior - I understand that I am only a "pale shadow" of him and that all that I have achieved in life - I inherited from my Father.

My mother

My father was and will always be my motivator and inspirer. And now, My HOD, I consider him as a second father and I have learned alot from him.

The one and only answer is, in my opinion, my TEACHERS

The most encouaging ones who were responsible for my success during all periods of my life were my parents who passed away in the late 1990s. May ALLAH almighty bless thei souls. Amin.

Every person who will be very happy when he sees you happy. The person who helps you without you asking for help. It can be your father, sister, teacher, ....but most cases it is oneself and it is my case.

The person who has been a mentor in my life encouraging me all the way is my late uncle who passed away 47 years ago. This person was a cripple due to a polio affliction at age 2. Thus, he never was able to go to school (we are talking of the 1920's and 1930's). His brothers shared their notes from school at the end of the day and he avidly read them and learned things himself. When he was in his teens, he would use a cane and limp to the library and read books. He educated himself. During those times nobody offered him a job because of his disability. But he learned music and math himself and he would tutor students at his home in English grammar, music and math (all the way to calculus), yet he had never set foot in school. I learned a lot from him including humility and learned to be curious scientifically. He has been the most influential person in my life, more so than parents or siblings. May his soul rest in peace!

My academic mentor has been the greatest motivator in my life. However, whenever I remember my daddy, I recall his constant words ringing in my mind: 'Keep up the hard work and never slow your pace, keep on improving and don't be swollen headed with your current achievement'. Daddy's words have had a profound positive impact in my life since a young lad till now!
