Hi, I think almost any type of technology adoption requires Leadership support and commitment first. It is at leadership level that the decision is made and the culture is created. This culture must then by cascaded across the organisation to deter staff hesitance and alleviate staff fears and concerns. Leadership must also ensure that the necessary budget, resources, skills and timelines are allocated for a successful implementation. Hence it should start and/or be promoted at leadership level and they must create the alignment thereof.
