Has anyone used Creative Bioarray (NY) as a supplier for anything you might have needed ? Any cell type in particular? If you have, how reliable did u find them?
We're looking for mouse mesenchymal stem/stromal cell suppliers especially and while this company produces them, they can't offer any publications i can look up. If anyone uses them for any kind of cells (mesenchymal stem cells would be a bonus!) - could u please comment on how you found them ?

Dr.Sanchez, they provide gfp/rfp labelled MSCs which is why I'm interested in them. There's few companies offering that.
We have recently ordered an immortalized cell line from them and they are very poor at replying to questions, the images of the cells they sent are clearly inaccurate (every single cell stains positive and there are hundreds of cells in the image-allegedly at 100 and 200x mag). I am now a week after yet another email asking for clarification. They state that they first 'purify' the cell population and immunostain the cells. But their methods are kept secret due to company 'policy'; so, 'just trust us'. So far, not impressed.
