Surprisingly the provider (Abnova) does not recommend an extraction of estradiol from bovine sera samples before the assay, unlike protocols from other estradiol ELISA kit, and the sensitivity indicated by the provider is pretty low (5 pg/ml) contrary to sensitivities displayed by other kits. That is why this seems so interesting but in the same time, I am a bit suspicious to it and its reliability. So if one of you has already used it and could tell me more about it and mainly if the measurements obtained using this assay were OK.Thank you!

I wold like to be support yours in this research field in the future because i studied as like as in PhD about Veterinary Pharmacology Reproduction as well as " Evolution of estrogen levels in animal food about uterotroph methods in premature female mouse and with transgenic lines with MF6,8 trans cells line (HeLa) and with luciferase test.
