Hi Argha, all of the antibodies from Santa Cruz that I have used are crap.

Please look at other suppliers.

Hopefully someone here in RG will be able to give you a more positive specific recommendation, but if not, here is a good place to start locating other possible sources for anti-Erk1/2:

I'd recommend doing a search on BenchSci (https://www.benchsci.com).

You can easily review published data on ERK1/2 expression in MDA-MB-231 and find out which antibodies were used.
