Prestress analysis can be done in two stages, in the first stage apply the pressure where you need to prestress and allow the material to consolidate with that applied pressure, then in the second stage of analysis, apply the actual load on the element and study the stress - strain characteristics of the element..all the best in your research..

As I know a Pre-stress analysis done in the case of preparing a model to present better (Real) result.
If you want to do a modal analysis on a structure that under pressure. you cant define loads during of modal analysis because it's Meaningless.
So you must do this in two stage. first for previously analysis and second for your main analysis.
In my experience in ansys workbench this will be done with linking the results of static structural analysis (or any analysis) to a modal analysis.
