How to provide, "Target 170 & conta 174", between inerface of link and solid element, in ANSYS APDL?

I came to know how to provide, node coupling, merging and spring element techniques to give steel concrete bond interface.

Can anyone explain breifly, how target 170 and contact 174 element are provided at the steel (link180) and concrete (solid65) interface in ANSYS APDL?

Actually at the interface i get two coincidence nodes of link and solid elements, then how can select the surfaces.

Hi Pandi,

You can use CONTACT MANAGER in ANSYS Mechanical APDL to define contact 174 and target 170 between interfaces. After meshing whole the model, you need to select one surface as contact and the other one as target.
