Hi everybody,
ich have made an observation in my Fish gill cell culture. They are epithelial like cells and they grow nice and normal. But now in my passage 10 i did observe some formations which i am not sure about. Are those just cells clusters or is it some type of mutation? It is a permanent cell line, no primary cells. The Monolayer is nice an even, but in some parts there are big wholes and those big cells. Mycoplasma-check was negative and i cant observe any kind of contamination.
Does somebody have and idea?
