how can i use less? can i dilute the antibody in pbsX1 and keep using the diluted aliquot?
series dilution 1:100, then 1:4000
Make a dilution according to your requirement and use it accordingly.
Dear Banan.
As Xinyan recommended you can make serial dilutions.
First dilute your AB 1:100 in PBS. You can use this aliquot for other stainings.
= 1ul AB + 99 ul PBS
Then dilute it 1:40 to get a 1:4000 dilution at the end.
= 12,5 ul of your 1:100 dilution + 487,5 ul PBS
Greetings
