For immunocytochemistry, my primary antibody dilution is 1:4000, and i dont need that much of primary, as i only would use 500uls not 4000uls. how?

how can i use less? can i dilute the antibody in pbsX1 and keep using the diluted aliquot?

I have undifferentiated dental pulp cells i want to stain with anti-NLRP3 antibody, how can i know the right dilution?

I am culturing undifferentitaed dental pulp cells and i want to stain for NLRP3 in the cell, i have the Millipore anti-NLRP3 antibody, it says on the site that they use 1:4000 antibody dilution...
