Brain stimulation for electrode placement, what are the right parameters?

Hello Everyone,

Lately, I am trying to find the right parameters (Current, duration, frequency) for stimulating rats' brains for histological verification, I appreciate every input regarding the matter.

Thank you.

P.S. I am stimulating with a 40um tungsten wires with impedance around 80 KOhm.
