The harmony and peace in our work environment is very important. The effect of working in a peaceful environment in the success of human beings is very much. Uneasiness or tensions in the work environment affect the work / production efficiency beyond the psychological impact. People want to choose their teammates, but they can't always be successful.
For a collective work teammates should be arranged aroud a teamleader. lf the teamleader is a true leader work goes on. lf there is uncertainity about the teamleader then the machine stops.
Unrest and tensions in the working environment affect both the employees and the work done. Employees should be professional, they should not act with emotions, they should not be jealous and arrogant, and most importantly, they should not gossip about their colleagues.

For a better work environment, teammates should be oriented, motivated to get more efficient results, act in accordance with the rules and have business ethics.

Dear All, Harmony, team playing, fairness, honesty, selflessness, sensible and openness are very important pillars of a healthy work environment. The most difficult issue is the fair sharing and acting selfish and narrow mindness. I worked several teams in Turkey, Germany and UK. i am sorry for expressing for my some pessimistic comments here, despite I am optimistiC. Even the most educated individuals people cannot put up with them easily. Beatiful minded and open minded people are very rare. People push themselves unnecessarily very much to grab more and more slices from the private practice cake and acting they are as if the best and rest are rubbish. Interestingly, this tactic works in UK and I bet you would experience similar things in your country. Being a doctor is a privileged and rewarding profession here and after death. You can earn lots of respect and earn deed. Grateful patients would thank you and even pray for you you are earning quite a reasonable money when comparing the other people. We have to be grateful that we have a good job, nice colleagues ( few but they are exist) and nice families. For an heathy team, leadership, fair share, selflessness, team working, motivation and more importantly moral (ethics) very important but we need to practise, it is easy to tell this saga.
