Some countries would be hit more than the other. It’s difficult predict what would happen even in 5 years time frame, but some sensible predictions can be take in board for the 2050.
there may be some measurements can be taken by the governments/ organisations/ individuals :
1. As the core family is the smallest unit of the society, we have to look into how we can strengthen the core families of the nations. The bonds amongst the family member needs to be strengthened. This would result less selfish person in the society.
2. As almost any countries divorce rates are high, we need to interrogate throughly and tackle this issue.
3. kids should be protected against every danger, any forms of abuse.
4. Fundings should be reserved for governmental bodies / foundations.
5. Education Education Education.
6. Discourage youngsters from playing vandal computer games.
7. Give balanced religion education.
8. Help the youngsters built up their confidence and help them to put forward some targets in their personal and professional lives.
9. Local councils educational and leisure activities encouraged and funded.
10. Delibering parent ship educational programmes, formal courses as Bringing up kids is a hard but rewarding issue but needs to be interrogated and taught.

Preventing drug addiction should start from ones home goes to the community. These days parents are taking drug within their car while their kids are onboard. So what are the kids learning from such shameless parents? We have heard so many news on the topic but the change is very slow. If we fix our home we can fix our community!!!

But, bringing in a sudden ban would cause great difficulty (death and self harm) to the ones doing drugs. So, it is advisable to gradually bring a ban on these.

In the United States at least, education is aimed at participation but, children need to have responsibilities that reward positive behavior. They need to understand that there are consequences positive and negative to their actions. They also need to know how to react to bad decisions and how to be graceful and grateful for the results of good decisions.
