According to this classification, I look in generation y and the features you mentioned are generally similar. The main differences between generations seem to be related to the change of technology and communication. As family physicians, we are able to observe these differences more clearly as we deal with all age groups. Our approaches to patients, the way we communicate and the examples we give vary according to generations. Apparently, as the world exists and the change continues, generations will continue to change and take on different names.

For X, Y and Z generations, the main differences are the experience of poverty periods and the lack of technological innovation. This may lead to the use of different methods of communication, especially for professional groups working with all age groups. In my opinion, generation Y plays a key role in communication and determines the momentum of change because of it is between the X and Z generations, introduced technology in childhood but did not grow with so many alternatives like the Z generation and is relatively witness to the difficulties experienced by the X generation.
