Faint or no band for low molecular weight, even for ladder post gel run
no band detection in western blot
Have used 10.15 and 20% polyacrylamide gels
voltage100-120, 60mins or more depending on conc.
Have tried cross linking sds gel with glutaraledyde

what is MW (kDa)?
applied tris tricine PAGE>?
Did you stain and see the band in the gel before the fixation?
Did you check/validate the transfer on the membrane - ponceau stained?
Did you use membrane as two-fold?
wet or semi-dry transfer?
Do your probing antibodies are reliable, validated, fresh, and accurate to use?
