Can anyone suggest a Flying Adhoc Network scenario for NetSim to run from scratch to compare DSR/OLSR/AODV. How can I measure metrics such as PDR and End-to-end delay in the MANET Routing protocol?
You could try simulating a drone swarm and compare these protocols.
Latency is a direct output in NetSim. Packet delivery ratio is nothing but received packets / transmitted packets.
first of all, you need to understand the application you want to simulate. second, does the Netsim support the FANET Network protocols and network stack. finally, all performance metrics are based on an equation to calculate. generally, after simulation you need to analyze the output file(trace file) to measure the PDR, E2Ed, etc.
