Can anyone suggest which enzymes I shall use for preparing single cell suspension from cardiac tissue. I will be looking at both cell surface and intracellular antigens involving cardiomyocytes and fibroblasts.

If you mean the native cardiac tissue, I think then the kit from Miltenyi Biotec Neonatal heart dissociation kit should be useful for you.
Nevertheless I would suggest that you contact the Miltenyi customer support before you buy this kit, to clarify your doubts.

Yeah, I checked that and unfortunately, it happens to be expensive. Aren't there any more economical options like simply using trypsin and DNAse I or II?
I understand. Did you try 0.1% collagenase II and 0.25% Trypsin?
