I need to know an easy and simple method to quantify inclusion bodies produced from E. coli for protein expression
Inclusion bodies can be dissolved in guanidine HCl for subsequent purification and refolding. Here is a guide to handling inclusion bodies:

One of the common protein assays can be used to measure total protein content of the guanidine-dissolved inclusion bodies. Here is a chart showing the tolerances for guanidine of the various protein assays.
Hi Nadia, if you have to measure inclusion bodies for proteins expressed in E coli then you have real problems.
Thanks a lot for your answers
I need to measure the relative and residual activities for my enzyme is there any simple equation to understand how to measure them?
