I found that DMSO that is used for MTT assay is freezed just for once by a person mistake?
Does it effect DMSO (For MTT) efficiency?
DMSO freezes easily (freezing point of 19 degrees) so this is not uncommon. I also froze DMSO accidentally, but used it without issue. The freezing should not effect its efficiency - it quite a stable compound.
