Can siRNA be delivered into human normal/leukemia cell?

Do you know that siRNA can be inserted into the white blood cells of normal people and leukemic people sample?

It's theoretically possible, but they don't allow you to just treat people experimentally. If you have the cells in culture, you can put the siRNA in a liposomal carrier and they will take it up.
