Does anyone know what type of bacteria/fungi? it could be?
These were in my filtrate after filtration of the culture through an 80um mesh size filter cloth. The "brush" form orientation was quite common all over the slide.
Based on the microscopic morphology it is similar to yeast cells. In order to get the exact identification: a. colony morphology is needed. b) type of staining done.
Pela foto me parecem bacilos Gram positivos com esporos terminais, em forma de raquete, muito semelhantes a Clostridios, mas precisariam mais informações para dizer com precisão.
There is no way to know what this i.s It does not appear to present yeast morphology and suggestion of Clostridium is unjustified - - we don't know what the stain was and it takes some imagination to confirm endospores.
Is this a pure culture? If so it reminds of Corynebacterium spp. - in soil context closest might be Arthrobacter sp. But that's just a guess - you'd need a lot more info to confirm
