"Journal of Business Research," "European Management Journal," and "Journal of Business Ethics" are known for relatively fast acceptance rates in management/business fields.

Instead of fast journals, you should look for quality journals. Moreover, JBR, JBE, and other prominent journals are tough to track. Basically Scopus Q1 and Q2 journals are relatively slower because of high number of submissions.
