Should Aqua Live/Dead stain be separate from the other antibodies?

Aqua Live/Dead binds free amines. Will it bind free amines in the antibodies that are used in the same panel, so it's best to stain sequentially?

What is a likely cause of the variation in plateau of qPCR curves?
