Aqua Live/Dead binds free amines. Will it bind free amines in the antibodies that are used in the same panel, so it's best to stain sequentially?

Is there a cell line with integrated SIV?

I'm looking for a cell line that would contain an integrated SIV, with a known number of SIV copies, other than 3D8. Much like ACH2, which contains 1 copy HIV, except SIV. Any suggestions?

What is a likely cause of the variation in plateau of qPCR curves?

As I dilute my qPCR template, the plateau of the curves also goes down. Does this mean my primers are too low, primers form dimers, DNA quality is poor, all of the above?
