Does anyone know of an instrument that would perform a fully automated isolation of PBMC's from whole blood?
We’ve routinely had good success isolating PBMCs from hole blood with the SynGen system.
It works with minimal operator input as compared to the standard density-gradient Centrifugation method.

As I dilute my qPCR template, the plateau of the curves also goes down. Does this mean my primers are too low, primers form dimers, DNA quality is poor, all of the above?

I'm looking for a cell line that would contain an integrated SIV, with a known number of SIV copies, other than 3D8. Much like ACH2, which contains 1 copy HIV, except SIV. Any suggestions?
