Tomato water is evaporated during the paste production process; thereby, the evaporated water is condensate in cooling towers which can be reused in the system for steaming and so forth.

In the process of producing tomato paste. The process of concentrating the paste is carried out by evaporation of water. During this process, some of the constituent materials of tomato paste are escalated, so the condensed water contains some acidic and other substances with very few concentrations.
