Dear community,

I recently came across the NanoSuit® to prepare samples for scanning electron microscopy.

In a nutshell, instead of the time-consuming conventional preparation steps (chemical fixiation and so) you simply coat your specimen with a few µL of the NanoSuit® aqueous solution, which is electron conductive. Additionally, it enables the researcher to investigate living organisms in SEM. Both are large advantages over traditional methods.

This almost sounds to good to be true. Therefore, we would like to give it a try. Unfortunately, the products price is really high (5 mL costs ~1000 $).

So here is the question: does anyone outside the lab of the inventor already has experience with the NanoSuit®? Is it really that good and powerful? Or

Best regards,

Uwe
