I wanna check Calcineurin expression Via western blot for Calcineurin A Fragment and Calcineurin B fragment...will both of these fragments expression on western blot will be high or low as the expression of total calcineurin activity via colorometric assay is high or low or fragment expression via western blot can be different from colorimetric assay?
