Does anyone else have difficulties detecting the 68 kDa band in western blots using Tain's (Nature Methods, 2020) AbCam antibody?

Im using PBMCs and epithelial cells. I sometimes get a signal, but then there i lower Mwt signals that are more intense around 50 Kda. I followed the method to the letter.
