Good day,
I want to do collagen extraction from cell culture of fibroblasts by pepsin digestion, but I don't have a complete protocol. Does any of you have one or is familiar with this procedure?. By now, I have a protocol (attached) but is missing a few details, specially how to obtain your proteins after pepsin treatment. I would really appretiate any help. Thanks.
