It happens that people often confuse ethics with morality, but while ethics is based on customs and traditions, it is based on reason.
By thinking about what we are doing, regardless of the nature, and evaluating the risks generated to third parties from our decisions, we open the way to ethics.
It happens that people often confuse ethics with morality, but while ethics is based on customs and traditions, it is based on reason. main function of ethics is to maintain order respect and social living. Ethics seeks to judge human behaviour by saying what is right or wrong.
Dear Artur, you invited me to a discussion about ethics based on your paper. Thank you for inviting me. This is a big topic, apart from epistemology, it is the most important field of philosophy, for which I am not an expert, but I like to participate, learn from the discussion and gladly expose my own thoughts to scrutiny through our discussion. Because the topic is so big, I won't write an infinite contribution now. But gradually I would like to contribute some thoughts. Without having read your paper thoroughly, I would like to confine myself to three preliminary remarks.
1 In the European history of philosophy we do indeed have the terms "ethics" and "morality". I would not consider one term ethics good (appropriate) and the other unsuitable (moral); often both terms are regarded as identical and used in this way. But I think it is better to distinguish between the two terms. I assume that ethics is a theory of moral behavior. "Morality" tells us - every single adult person, what is good (valuable, desirable, justified) and what is evil (unworthy, problematic, unjust). Who tells us that in everyday life? A "hypothetical construct" is available for this (not something that exists in the reality of the senses, but that our mind constructs as a reasonable principle). We call this construct "conscience". We assume that adult people have an authority in their consciousness that tells them what is good and evil before they act or after they have acted. Here we have the close connection to religion, which the conscience calls God's "knowledge with us", this is the etymological base of Latin CON-SCIENTIA . Now this idea, already proven in the Bible (the binding of our behaviour to the commandments of religion) has become questionable in modernity.
1 There are religions that are not monotheism, such as Japanese Shiintoism. Here there is no direct relationship between a single God who tells man exactly what is good and what is evil. Shhintoism is a religion that is not directly based on ethics. In general you can say: Our moral behavior of a general theory (ethics) that has an important anchoring in values for all people, regardless of their religion. You hinted at that, but you haven't developed it further.
2.In Europe in the 17th and 18th centuries, new philosophical theories are being developed which lead to ethics becoming independentLY of the Christian religion, because man now is - in some respect - regarded as an autonomous being who possesses reason and therefore also distances himself from himself, which also means that religion can also see critically and assigns man a self-responsibility for his actions independently of religion.
3. During that time, two completely different views of ethics - as a theory of moral behavior - expoerienced their birth: the one is the ethics of Immanual Kant, with the core of so-called "moral imperative", the second is the ethics of utilitarism. Looking back to the theories ovr virtue in ancient Greek phillosophy, we have three absolute different kinds of ethics.

The ethics of any organisation will keep changing, and so with different fields in society depending on the innovative practices followed.
Morality plays a limited version as it is from the perspective of an individual compared to a whole community of people. Ethics, I think is time based, time dependent and is futuristic too. It does not adhere to traditions only because the ethics practiced then and now do not have a common ground to relate to. There were a lot of theories founded and they were useful then. Although we can learn from them, times have changed and goals of organisations and politics have changed.
If current inventions and findings can be declared through research, there are no set rules yet to observe whether these inventions can be materialised for three reasons;
Are they necessary?
Are they useful for most people?
Do these inventions fit within the budget and what gap arises and what impacts are made? (positive and negative).
La ética puede ser definida como una ciencia del comportamiento moral pues, mediante un exhaustivo análisis de la sociedad se determina como es que deberían (hipotéticamente hablando) actuar todos los miembros pertenecientes a ella.
Cabe resaltar, que la ética no es coactiva ya que, al no imponerse sanciones legales en el individuo (claro está, no existen las leyes éticas) se promueve una autorregulación a través de normas colectivamente establecidas para todos.

Ética normativa
La ética normativa que enfatiza su objetivo en exponer qué debe ser considerado bueno o malo para una persona. Se dedica a la elaboración y posteriormente la formación de normas sociales excluyendo el seguimiento y/o cumplimiento de las mismas.
Se logra clasificar los actos humanos como correctos e incorrectos sin tomar en consideración los prejuicios, una conducta o acción humana es adecuada o inadecuada, no importa el porqué. Hablamos de teorías que son estudiadas, por ejemplo, por la axiología moral o la deontología.
Ética aplicada
La ética aplicada es uno de los campos más actuales de la filosofía contemporánea donde se hace una reflexión sobre la fundamentación de las normas. Aquellos especializados en estudiar y ejercer la ética aplicada trabajan en distintos ámbitos como por ejemplo la bioética, la ética ambiental, la ingeniería ética, entre otras.
En dichos ámbitos, la ética aplicada trata problemas éticos que tienen su origen en la cotidianeidad ya que, se ocupa de estudiar las cuestiones morales en concreto y sus controversias.
Relación de ética y moral
Si hablamos de moral, estamos refiriéndonos al conjunto de normas de comportamiento que usualmente son aceptadas por una sociedad, razón por la cual, encontramos una estrecha relación entre la moral y la ley, porque hacemos mención a lo que es correcto o no hacer.
Si hablamos de ética, en cambio, hablamos de una reflexión sobre las moralidades dispares en las sociedades, los puntos de vista. Es por esto, que la ética consta de tener una actitud crítica sobre la moral y también sobre las leyes.

The term ethics derives from Ancient Greek ἠθικός (ethikos), from ἦθος (ethos), meaning 'habit, custom'. Theories and philosophy will lead us only so much.. until they can be applied to today's world

I will add a comment about the morality, to complete the whole picture in this area.
Morality is from a formal point of view a set of directives in the form of commanding sentences such as: "Do not kill", whose truth can not be proved or denied, because imperative sentences are not sentences in a logical sense. The goal of ethics is to investigate the sources of morality, study the effects that morality or its lack exerts on people, and look for basic philosophical premises on the basis of which one could rationally create sets of moral precepts.
Ethical views usually take the form of a theory, which consists of a set of concepts and the resulting theorems on the basis of which moral laws can be formulated. Ethical theories can be both an attempt to prove the legitimacy of universally functioning moral imperatives, and can stand in sharp opposition to universal morality, questioning the legitimacy of some or even all moral precepts currently in force in a given society.
I believe that adherence to ethical principles in life is a very important matter for spiritual balance and for the preservation of the sense of its value.
For every individual in every part of universal should have a moral code of life & ethics which may prove to be a healthy living & creating & healthy environment which is the need of our present time .
It is in this line I have my publication under the captioned'' Moral codes & ethics our sleeping Ground '' which I submit herewith for your kind perusal .
