The more recent history of education can be described as a consequence of constant reform efforts. On the one hand, dissatisfaction with certain circumstances dominated the discussion, and on the other hand, ideas for improving schools and education were much more modest.
Reforms can only be implemented if an education system already exists. This, however, is not the case where poverty and destruction prevail, at least not in public education, for which the state or the municipalities are responsible. In many cases, an education system must first be set up or the existing system expanded. Very often reforms have made the conditions for education not better, but more difficult. Good intentions do not always lead to good results. But one should not be deterred by such experiences, but better plan reforms if reforms are necessary.

An educational system depends on more factors, for example on economy, on moral of the society, how chargeable are the children, or on amount of knowledge. The technology develops exponentially, so one must select in the learning. Some things are easier today, another ones are more difficult.
It is necessary to form systems to monitor gaps in capacity of people. Educational Needs keep changing with time.
Dear Dr Artur Victoria , the statement can not be generalized. However, there is a need for total reformation of education system in some quarters especially in my country, some require standardization while some will do good at their present status though motivation is required at all levels.
Definitely! We have to steer away from the planned curriculum economy; the facts can be programmed and self-tested. Free project learning of all kinds should be engaged and understanding complexity is paramount.
Due to the dynamic changes in the world in various fields, there emerges a need to revise the educational system being followed from long. The way the students are taught today is different than in past and the ways in future will be different, definitely. I guess, more emphasization is required on practicality and experiential learning. So, there should be educational reforms considering the changes around us letting the people understand the needs and not letting down our future generation.
