In its discussion of ethics in organizations, Weber rescues two approaches to ethics - that of conviction and responsibility.
The ethic of conviction is interpreted as one that is based on principles and is based on moral and ideal norms. Its justification is due to universal duties, norms and values.
The ethics of responsibility is based on purpose and utilitarianism between purposes and consequences.
Ethics on code of conduct should be entrenched in companies that want to thrive in the domain of influence. Ethical code of conduct is key to any organization's overall performance.
Even if some of the companies do not legally need to have a business ethical code of conduct, it is in the best interest of all companies to follow some form of a code of conduct. This would be what provides them the framework to act fairly and honestly.

Business ethics, especially positive ones, are important from a business perspective, in order to gain the trust of customers. They can enhance employee dedication, positive attitudes towards the company's reputation in the marketplace, and work ethics affect employers. Those who are ethical has the ability to make the business environment thrive, but the main problem for companies is the commercial competition between them, as some unscrupulous companies behave immoral behavior to win a competition with others.
Self-commitment can work, not more. Max Weber, in this respect, is fully outdated, by all means of the modern business world.
One of the priorities of companies is ethical behavior to help them in the work as well as to increase the confidence of customers and also increase the fame of these companies. ..

There appears to be a connection between staying in a business area over time and ethical conduct, especially where customer trust is concerned. But this functions only in some areas not others. Companies based on resources appear to exhibit less ethical behaviour than those where (obviously)public goodwill is required. Clearly it would appear that arms manufacturers have few ethical standards, but that involves perception about what ethics are/ethics to the whole, or ethics to the group. An arms manufacturer might say his first concerns are for his own country, area and personnel, not to the world/thereby enforcing a strict ethical standard that may, for outsiders, be difficult to grasp. If they stop selling arms, their own people will suffer.
If the majority of companies in the global had business ethics, counterfeit products would not be in market.
Yes, but this is not general. Some companies work with a bad reputation. Some companies work with a false registration.

Mostly, Companies do not have standard ethical conduct, as ethical conduct does not correlate with their monetary gains, so, everything else, including ethics, blurs under these unjustified financial benefits.
The way of doing business must follow ethical dictates. As difficult as it is to maintain these standards, sacrifice pays off in the long run.
