China’s potential to construct high-speed railways less expensive than its competitors has provided technology a core place in One Belt, One Road, Beijing's challenging scheme to succeed in economic diplomacy gaining allies and open markets in more than 65 countries between Asia and Europe construction of infrastructure.
China's technical achievements and growing economic power are impressive. But we still don't know how the giant country will develop. China is still a long way from liberalism in the modern sense. In certain areas, people are not treated in terms of ethnic self-determination, but rather oppressed in terms of freedom. Much remains to be done to ensure that all peoples and ethnic groups of the giant empire have human rights.
China, the world's largest developing country by population, has taken great interest in economic diplomacy, with the aim of strengthening international relations and developing cooperation by contributing to the so-called "strengthening of international relations by pushing the economy". China is using its external relations with developing and less developed countries to promote economic and trade cooperation and exchange, which is called "strengthening the economy with foreign relations".

As for me the Chinese aim is not only economic, but also politic: their objective is the growth of influence, the development of client ties with weaker countries and the confirmation of its role as the future
major world superpower.
China's diplomatic policy has generally speaking always been one of pragmatism. China has done well to increase its sphere of influence along the 'One Belt, One Road', offering loans and aid in exchange for natural resources and political leverage. Its policy of 'non-interference' must be noted as a significant factor in its negotiation strategy. It will be interesting to see how this policy will play out in the future given the increasing instabillity in regions such as Sudan.
