I have many researchers working with me. We slowly want to implement project management tools and techniques in our everyday research activities. Do you have or do you use or have you implemented such plan in your organization? I am looking for tools from initiation to closing the project. This includes sample documents such as charter templates, logs, plans, matrices, statements, QA & QC or six sigma techniques, etc. If you have materials, can you share them with me?
We are trying to standardize our research and development (R&D) activities. My plan is eventually to come up with a Standard Operating Procedure for various research labs. I could assemble everything and submit to various project coordinators so that they could tailor the materials according to their project needs.
