I want to ask about my cell culture. My cell is PK-15 cell line. When they are already reach the confluency, I noticed there are several rounded cells grouped and formed brown spots. Do you think this is normal or anything should I concerned (contaminants, etc)?
Is there any branchy/grape-like particles floating in media? Do you observing typical signs of contamination (turbidity of media, acidic pH)?
If no - your cells are 99% fine.

No, the media was just fine. However, since the first time we acquired this cell line, it always has a quite amount of debris. Not branchy/grape-like, but rather single cell particle-like.
Hello! It was 2 weeks since your question - are your cells still fine? Do they exhibit normal PDT and morphology?
