Does anyone has primers squances for hpv? and what is the tool to detect their visability?
I searched different primers squances using NCBI but non matched the primer sequance I have for the virus. If any one has tried a primer sequance please send to me and show me how to find in NCBI. It is the first time I work with it.

To start with, it is advised to use primer sequences reported in the literature. The primer sequences may vary according to the PCR method that you are planning and the genotype that you are targeting. If you plan to design your own primers, then you may use Primer3 software or IDT primer tool. After you choose the top primer sets, you can check with a BLAST analysis in the NCBI database.
