I am afraid its not. even though the basic steps are same (initiation, elogation and termination) , starting from the polymerase till termination, all are entirely different. eukaryotic replication is much more complex than bacteria. Also, dont forget that your codon usage between species is slightly different. You cant take a human gene for example and stick it into E. Coli and expect it to grow. Which is why you have all sorts of weird strains like Rosetta to try and get around rare codons.
