we know that the exercise can stimulate some pathway for fat oxidation such as cAMP and we know that the diet and nutrition one of most important key for fueling and limitation of calorie. also we know that combination of exercise and diet more effective for fat lose and other athletic purpose. but some people express that diet is more important than exercise. in the other hand some researchs have been shown that in obese people diet alonely is not enough. so if we want to ordering between diet and exercise for fat lose Which one is in priority?
