I need to add the diclofenac sodium drug into nanoparticles of polyethylene glycol. I don't have access to polymerization techniques so I cannot make PEG from EG. I do not have co- or block polymerization techniques with me to make PEG into a PLGA/PEI/PCL block PEG polymer.

I have access to a homogenizer, ethyl acetate, DI water, Tween 80, Drug and PEG.

How do I make nanoparticles of PEG loaded with the drug?
