        Patch dock is only available for LINUX environment.. If you want to dock your protein and ligand using patchdock means you can follow the link below and you can feed your files with your mail id. They will send you one mail, from that mail u can download the docking result. After downloading, u pls feed that docked file in Discovery studio visualizer..  i hope it may help u..

And another query of yours was, Protein docking!!! Protein docking means you are asking protein-ligand or protein-protein docking?
