I want to double restrict PCR product with fastdigest BamHI and NEB EcoRI (HF). Is cutsmart buffer or fastdigest Green buffer compatible for the double digestion?

the composition of fastdigest green buffer is not known therefore it is difficult to say without testing it directly. I suggest you cut a known template in your test buffer (you can use either buffer for testing purposes) side by side with your sample just to make sure that what you are getting is true and not star activity and I would increase the incubation time to atleast an hour because you do not know whether one of the enzymes has a diminished activity in the other's buffer.
