Now, I'm doing my thesis about expression of recombinant protein in Hansenula polymorpha.
Then, I have to do codon optimization of a gene in H. polymorpha, but I cannot find codon usage table of H. polymorpha.
Could you send the codon usage table of H. polymorpha, or can you suggest me.

Have you tried other yeast codon usage tables? http://www.icp.ucl.ac.be/~opperd/private/yeast_cu.html for example?
Thank you for your answer. I concern about codon optimization of H. polymorpha because I found the paper that suggest to use a specific codon usage table
of H. polymorpha. If use codon usage table of S. cerevisiae or Pichia pastoris
to optimize the gene, are not appropriate to express recombiant protein in H. polymorpha. Now, I found the codon usage table of H. polymorpha by suggestion of Ms.Nora Tang.

I find in taxonomy browser that, Ogataea angusta (Taxonomy ID: 870730) is synonym name of H.polymorpha. In that case, following database has information you are looking for. Please select Genbank option instead of refseq.
